Carry torches against the darkness bright,
Smokey burning can not beat back the night,
Call forth all your fears when shed off all tears,
Smother the flaming in the black of night.
Come forth protector of silent dreaming,
Exit into the world of the screaming,
Growing from crying pools of blood drying;
Spread your heartless evil of darkness,
Plucking truth setting loose ends forgiveness.
Each emotion of fear freely flying,
But you have finished all your sad crying,
Finally calling blight forth from darkness.
Carry torches against the darkness bright,
Smokey burning can not beat back the night.
