My Dear Old Dad My dad decided to leave me but before he left "he said" I don't want any tears for me I just want laughter instead, I know you don't want me to go And left up to me I would stay but I have been called to my resting place so I must leave you today, With that my father left me and my heart turned to stone the only way i can now speak to him is on gods ancient telephone, So at night I sit alone and talk to me dear old dad and remember when he made me laugh And all the fun times we had, Every day I really miss you dad but life goes on as they say I will talk with you on gods telephone until we meet again someday.
