I was in a bar one night, When the whole darned place got in a fight, A bloody nose from one dude's fist, A round-house swing that barely missed, Fists were flying all around, One guy went falling to the ground, Bar stools were thrown, a broken mirror, A woman's voice I did then hear, Behind the bar off to my right, Why is it you avoid the fight? I stopped to have myself a thought, For as a child had once I fought, I'd plumb forgot the reason why I always let a fight go by. Then I remembered, out of the blue, It just hit me, and then I knew. |

A lesson learned as a child stays with us. Very good. Love, Margherita |

LOL @ the ending... participation is a lot more painful than observation... in bar fights, as in life! *S* Enjoyed! |

Hi Tim, I liked this as well. You make good use of your metaphor. turtle |
