The Quiet Sound of Music The music came quietly into my bedroom Touching my ears with tender gentleness Tickling my senses Kissing, caressing Delicious colors of sound I knew in a moment it was the Music Man Invading my space once again A gentle smile Sparkling laughter The chords of the guitar melting into my soul Drugged with the music I close my eyes and see the smile of the Music Man As the music fades I open my eyes Only silence fills the air Once again I await, in quiet solitude, for the symphony called: The Quiet Sound of Music. Thank you Bill for reading my writings. This one just came to mind out of nowhere. So I decided to write it down before the words went floating on the wind and out of my mind. Maybe the words came because I'm listening to music right now on the radio Once again thank you. Hugs BonBon |

Bonnie, after reading your reply to BC, I must ask what radio station you were listening to that could inspire this lovely, and melodic piece of writing! So gooood to be reading you again! Linda |

EarthAngel I'm listening to K-100. It is a country station. Neil McCoy was singing a song and it seemed to touch something in me and I started to write. I'm so glad you enjoyed. Hugs BonBon |

Yo BonBon, I like my classical music loud and exciting. Different tastes for different people. Bobby |

Yo Bobby I love all kinds of music. I like variety. I used to listen to 101.5 The River. That is soft rock. Now its country.OR Give me just a piano artist that will bring tears to my eyes. OR a good artist that can make a guitar sing a soft melody.Or someone with a voice that is as clear as the morning sun because I want to know what the words are. I like a story behind the words and ever so often someone writes a story that captues the listener. OR music that gets my feet a dancin' about the room with my cat or my dog and if my son enters the room I dance around him. So as you see .All kinds of music. Thanks for reading BonBon |

Yo BonBon, I like most kinds of music, although, I must admit, I don't prefer country music. Bobby |
