Describing the sunrise as Midas Touch on the cold horison was an excellent poet's touch. Thank you, too, Allison for your very kind replies and words of encouragement on my mom's poems. It was emphatic salve, and I thank you again, Jeff |

Your great picture reminded me of one of my favorite quotes from Thus Spake Zarathustra Thou great star! What would be thy happiness if thou hadst not those for whom thou shinest! |

Ali my dear this is gorgeous! What is this solstice sunrise that you so eloquently speak of though. I suppose I could, "google" it, but it would be more interesting to hear it from you, if you get a chance to that is. And you take all your own pictures too. Well aren't you talented, I just looooovvvvvve photography too. Good pictures and good words just go together so naturally don't they? Awesome! |

Rich, Solstice sunrise was written about winter solstice, which is the shortest day of the year above the equator. Anyway, we had about 3.5 hours of sun on that day and that was the noon sunrise. Yes, I do take my own pictures. I used to use others, but just take my own now. Thank you for enjoying and taking the time to comment. I do appreciate you lots. Alison - Yo Bobby, Thank you, my friend. Love, Alison - James Michael, You have my thanks. Alison - Steaven, Thank you so much for enjoying and telling me that you did. I do enjoy your poetry too. Alison - - Owl, I love how you enjoy my home. It's a pleasure to write and share with you. You have such a capacity for appreciating the poetry we share - and I thank you. Plus, I owe you an email (smiles) - I'll answer tomorrow. Promise. Love, A - Eric, Thank you. Alison |
