Bones Is Rescued By The Gang |

Butch and Wawa get wind that Madam Queen has snatched Bones off the Avenue. They don’t like that one bit. Madame Queen tried that with little Marika, and they got together and saved her several months ago. They get a gang together, go over to Madame Queens’s place, and deliver their ultimatum— “You let Bones out, or we’re going to tear your place apart, and feed you to the fishes. We have the barrel and concrete ready.” That works, and Bones is released at once. Madame Queen is an evil old lady, but she’s not dumb. Bobby |

Nothing like street justice- people need it a whole lot of the time. -Paul Some people fall in love and touch the sky, some people fall in love and find quicksand. |

I've been rescued once or twice, and I know the Eastwood moment of one eye brow raised: "yeah?" No more need be said. |

Whew! I was worried after reading the last input on Bones. Thank goodness for the gang, Bones has had enough trouble without being imprisoned. Eric |

Not to be let down by his friends was probably something Bones counted on and something that gave him hope in a very bad situation. Always you offer impressive city stories, dear Bobby. Love, Margherita |

Thanks Paul, Yes to street justice. You are correct, it's needed sometimes. I'm pleased this poem worked that way for you. Bobby |

Thanks dear Margherita, Bones was lucky to have such friends when he needed them. There are about 1,500,000 people in my beloved city, and every last one of them has a story to tell. Love Bobby |
