they were just highway saturdays with windows in their sky and sounds of wind talking not with words but with mind sounds I saw your reflection there in the glass that watches dawns you were proper with your gloves that waved just as hi type of hello but I wondered of your fingers would they draw pictures in the sand or would they hold coffee cup moments that you sipped with lipstick lips and autographed momentarily with lovely ________________ daark (circle of palms series) |
