I can't believe my eyes,
That’s a miniature mountain in front of me,
And I am supposed to put that bright orange ball,
In a hole behind it, that I can't even see,

Now what the heck is this?
A windmill that is spinning and spinning,
That’s a dang little space, that keeps hiding the path,
Where I keep trying to put, Heh, who's winning?

Oh look at that,
It’s a ramp with five holes, count them five,
And I don't even know which one is correct,
Will I ever get out of this alive,

What did you just say?
Are you out of your mind, there are still nine more to go?
I can't believe what's in front of me now,
It's a whale and it's shooting water out of its hole.

OK, I did it,
I made it through with out once saying "FORE"
Yeh, I'll admit, I had a great time,
What do you mean YOU were keeping score?

The answer is always NO, Until the question is asked.

I don't have enough coordination for any sort of goofy golf, and the real deal, is never going to happen...no patience....lol

Yo WTBAKELAR,

This is well done.  I think I could still handle Miniature Golf.

I played this once with a large group of friends .. I was the very worst of the group and laughed so hard that I almost wet my pants.  I have no hand-eye coordination.  This is really fun, WTB.

Thank you all for your fun and interesting comments.
I quite like playing a round of miniature for fun.  Keeping score is out of the question, but competition is fair game.

This poem and my other Golf Hazards came from a poem challenge. I wrote 3 poems about golf in a half hour. (I did not post one of them)
Obviously, not much heavy thinking went into them, but, hey they were fun.

Thank you again for enjoying my poems.
Love, Tracey.

LOL... I enjoyed this very much... brought back memories of when a bunch of us would spend an afternoon playing putt-putt... and I could hit almost anything I wasn't aiming at? LOL Thanks for the grins! *S*

This is cute and also for me it brought back memories, mostly romantic ones ... I loved and still love minigolf, but have no opportunity here anymore to show off ... yes I was good.

Very nice.

Love,
Margherita
