2810 I punched the numbers on my cell to find relief from a lonely spell. Calling from a place of darkness,cold and damp buried within a memory of hope and chance where a friendship awaits, unforgotten! If only there be an answer, I said to self, as the phone rang and rang. "Twenty-eight ten... sorry, I'm unavailable at this time but, if you leave your name and number, I'll call back as soon as I can!" |

Awww this really has a very sad connotation The anticipation of hope dashed as there is no answer excellently written my friend I liked it very much This stanza for some reason resonates with me ""Calling from a place of darkness,cold and damp buried within a memory of hope and chance where a friendship awaits,"" unforgotten! |
