Mom, I’m missing you.
~ Far more than words can say.

for you this Mother’s Day.

Love,

Linda,  We are trying to deal with the loss of a Mother just about 11 months ago.
this will be the first Mothers day without her.

I do so thank you for your inspired words.

What an extremely talented woman you are, Linda!  I've been thinking of my mom(s) a lot in recent days.  I had two...  I'd love to be able to send flowers in tender pastel to them that way.  I gasped when I saw the painting!  My eyes are sparkling with a sudden welling.  Simply exquisite soft touches from daughter to mother.

There is no distance!

Linda,

I am continually struck by your beauty and talent.  Your watercolour is amazing.  The flowers are so real and intricate.  I know that your Mother is looking upon you with love and joy.  She will be forever be proud of you.  I believe that.

I am too.

*sigh*

This is a really lovely poem, because the thought is enough to show the overwhelming love.

Linda, this brought so many tears. My Mom passed 3 years this past Friday, May 1, 2006.
We didn't always see eye-to-eye but now that she's gone, I miss her terribly.

Thank you for the tribute to your Mom.

I used to love painting with watercolor.

Maybe I should pick up a brush again.

Nice work.

The understated colours are just perfect for such a gift. Fuschia: so delicately touched. Yellow: so coy. Green: so subtley subdued. Blue: so gentle in hue

Your flowers, dear Linda, are enchanting. I just couldn't stop absorbing their beauty and harmony. You did a wonderful aquarelle.

Your Mom's soul will be blissed!

And your words convey your heart's message so intensely.

Awesome offering, sweet friend and artist.

Love,
Margherita

So beautiful, Linda.  I went to painting lessons once - enjoyed what I did when I did it but life took over and that was that.  I know your mother knows of your lovely tribute to her.
