I wrote this for one of my close friends. But I would like your thoughts on it too

You are a role model
Your struggles
Stream like the river
Like the tears in your eyes

They fall as crystals
The crystal you are
Shining bright
Like the wisdom in your heart

Your ARE a role model
The shackles have gone loose
Unlike your values
That stand tall
Elevated with pride

Your smile shines bright
A reflection of the continuous fight
With your past

Your smile shines bright
A reflection of your future
Free of trouble
Enriched in endless potential

It is your birthday
So celebrate the life
You are going to build
You will enter with glory
From here on out

You are Abbyn Warsame!
A beautiful
Glorious
Dignified
Soulful
Woman

With shoulders full of
Experience and Wisdom

I like this... and think she will, too! *S*
