The coin, dancing on winds, awaiting the soft
pleasured arch of absorption...calling my name.

Why, add I?  Why does a circle expand in a never
ending ring that eventually hides from the
weathered eye?  When a simple whisper might
turn one's head...bringing to earth the rays that
shadow darkness as father moon stares in
bridled hush, sensing the morning wake
...and a wish cries at the bottom of a
fountain's pool...until the wander of a
morrow screams on borrowed lids and furrowed sleeping brows.

Yo Magnus,

I haven't seen you in a while.  It's good to see your work again.  I very much like the first two lines of this poem.

The Mag-nanimous One is back! Hi, Sir Poe-et! You have been conspicuous by your absence!

"Why does a circle expand in a never
ending ring that eventually hides from the
weathered eye?"

Why, indeed! A poetic point to ponder!

So good to see you back posting again, Barry! You've been missed!

Giving you a big, welcome-back pip hug,

Linda

It does seem that our coin is elusive these days, poetically rendered as always...
The ripples of with and without ring quite far, don't they?

Pretty write Mag.

Applause upon your return...and to get to see your mind in questions like this:

"Why does a circle expand in a never
ending ring that eventually hides from the
weathered eye?"

...is certainly most welcome...again

It's the wish crying at the bottom of the fountain that stirred me.  I've walked by and enjoyed the glint of the coins in the bottom, but never thought of the wish each one represents.
