Abysmal mankind's sins have fed
My hunger deep for restless dead,
Each hourglass shattered, crushed in greed
Has nourished God's avenging seed.

A scythe I bear, and cup of grief
To winnow men from false belief
That fortress walls they hide within
Will guard their souls from wage of sin.

A single flame of cold hellfire
Within each eye doth mark my ire,
The raven wings from days of yore,
And crimson waves of tears of war.

I reap the crop of sinner's souls
To burn upon the tempter's coals
And scream their last in tortured flame,
My aspect grim and death my name.

The seraph of bleakest abode,
The bridge of death I have bestrode,
A maelstrom swept across the land,
This day is planned and ye are damned!

As I said before, the imagery in this work is stunning.

I stand in awe of you dear friend.

That's how I like my fire and brimstone, Suncleaver. Terrifying with a touch of class.

Suncleaver, this was incredible and breathtaking.
You and EA inspired me to post some of my 'dark' stuff too. They are fun to write in a way, huh? Or maybe that says something about us.

Either way, this was phenomenal. You sir, are very talented.

How would it be to have your preacher reign this down upon your head on a bright Sunday morning?

That's some scary stuff.
