You tickle me,
with your questions.

The way you argue
when I give my answers.

If you are only willing
to accept your own opinion...
you'd best question yourself.

I find it funny...
when I say something
that you do not understand...
you frown at me in your
confusion and say,
"You're stupid !"

I am easily amused
and you tickle me

I like your bumper sticker.
The one with Bin Laden's picture,
and him saying,"I'm still free"
"How about you?"

It tickles me

The way you go on and on
about"losing your freedoms"

If your freedom is determined
by what a government document
gives you or takes away,
you truly are in bondage.

When you
are truly free
you will have no
need of freedom

You tickle me

How you cry
"Govern me"
every four years
and the years in between
are spent whining,
"Stop telling me what to do !"

So, no,
I will not talk
politics with you

You would only tickle me
and I will be stupid.

Don't ask me,
"How's the weather?"
I will be forced to ask,
"Compared to what?"

Religion?

No No No

You do not want to go there.

We would have
to sip a cup of
Juan Valdez's eyelids
and I would say foolish things.

Things like...
Buddha never
said a word
and said so.

Things like...
Jesus is reported
to have said,
"Of myself I can do nothing"
and how it seems to me
that THAT alone should
bring an end to the question
"WWJD?"

So, no

I do not want you
to think me stupid

I would simply
tell you that
I have been studying
with a Yogi
and a Dervish
and ask that you forgive me,
but I must go purchase
a Sit-n-Spin

I am always amused
at how much
I tickle myself

I can't help but chuckle at your retorical ramblings, and I mean that in a good way so please don't ask me to explain.

Amusing write.
Tracey.

The answer is always NO, Until the question is asked.

Your musings are amusing, Larry. They tickle me.

"If you are only willing

Wouldn't that be lovely - no more pointless debates.  Your poem does "tickle" but in the process highlights human nature - we're a pretty stupid lot really although we certainly don't think so.  Enjoyed!
