The angel looked down upon his tears. "Where did these come from my dear?" "What milks these diamonds from your eyes precious one?" He cast his glance to the sky "I thought all I did was try." "Everything fell to pieces in my hands and I don't know why." The angle touched tenderly his cheek "What is it now dear one that you seek?" "How may I console your broken heart so very weak?" He breathed deeply, eyes filled with pain, "I spent each moment of my life in vain." "Looking for loves tender mercies upon the earth's fertile plain." Grasping the angles garment wisps of gold, "The years have tarnished my wretched lonely soul." "To find what was mine before my souls warmth grew bitter cold." His river of tears, falling like rain, "Many loves I proclaimed, time turned their love into pain." "I had given all I had to each stretching me thin as I strained." His face drew peace for moment of time, "Then I found my hearts dream, My only desire." "My dream waited long, my unquenchable fire." Sorrow on his brow, worry lines thin, "But alas! Blessed one for her I have nothing to give." "Those before have taken all I had, even I cannot live." The angel spoke in questioned peace, "Why worry now my dear one filled with grief?" "Finding the one that was given you would you not find relief?" His answer from the divine one's lips began to pour "This is all that she wants and needs, not a farthing more." "Just your undying love, spanning from every ocean to every shore." ******* Wiping his tears away, fingers feathers of doves, "Her desire, need, and want is only true love." "This cup never empties.... precious one....for it is forever filled from above." |

"This is all that she wants and needs, not a farthing more." "Just your undying love, spanning from every ocean to every shore." And love is a renewable resource. *S* Beautiful write! *S* |

WTBAKELAR; Thank you for the read! suthern; Love is always renewable. Sometimes, in our darkest moments, we forget to find the cup. I hope I never loose it in the first place. Thanks steavenr; Thanks for your wonderful take on this. I agree that love should have no boundaries (contingencies if you will). Thank you |
