Decisions Raindrops falling once again filling corners of this mind. Songs replaying dancing holds, the lingering of, in photos find. Happy days and fruitful times, images in monochrome. The solitude of what to do when time apart fragments the home. No payments needed, no wishful thoughts the gift of which cannot be bought... As coldness settles in the heart, wondering when and if a change will venture in, returning to the feelings of "no longer strange". Mixed emotions, pondering today empty dreams somewhere in hold. The tapping of from reigning thoughts waiting for the dream's unfold. Pictured plays that fill the mind the lingering of, in photos find... As time keeps passing the words beyond, impressions left in lessened feel. For shades of one are darkened now and yesterday seems lost in reel. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

"The solitude of what to do when time apart fragments the home." Poignant emoting. Solitude sometimes leaves us with too much reminiscing time. |

Maureen You've written this in blues like lyrical fashion. Like the reps. Cool! The content is excellent for the reflective mood you're putting across here. Eric |

There's something so powerful about a photograph, perhaps, even more so than video images. It captures a moment in time and, after all, isn't life merely a collection of such images? All else, past or future. I enjoyed reading your poem, it has strong rhythm, is well-written, and holds a content that I readily relate to, as I read this as reminiscing over old photos. |

An expression of time past and lost and what to do with what you've got. That's what it seems to me. I liked this a lot. One question. Do you mean words or worlds? As time keeps passing the words beyond, |

Fizzle, I meant words beyond, meaning there is more to be said or left unsaid Thanks for the visit. Midnitesun, you are right, the time alone can be harder to get through sometimes when memories rise. Sue, I know you understand E, I have too much time on my hands right now. It leaves you too much in thought. Thanks. CM, Thank you for commenting. Linda, thanks sweetie . Rick, glad you liked and I did take a peek at your wife's forum. Osprey, enjoyed your comments and thank you for stopping by. BC, I'm tired of having to make decisions today but tomorrow is another day Thank you everyone. M |

Songs replaying dancing holds, the lingering of, in photos find. It's so easy to slip into yesterdays... only to wash back into today on our tears... Beautiful write!! |
