The club where Griselda dances
is under new management.

Griselda thinks they’re nuts,
but she wants the money.

The new boss is no longer satisfied
with Griselda dancing
with just a pair of pasties,
and a “G”-string.

The new boss wants Griselda
to cover her body with baby oil,
so that her beautiful, God given,
olive skin just gleams, and shines,
under the hot lights on her stage.

Griselda is afraid she looks too good.

Griselda is afraid some of the patrons
might get the idea into their head
to try and touch her.

She asks Bones to come along
and make sure nothing like that happens.

Bones shows up wearing his Fedora,
and cleaning his nails
with his favorite stiletto.

There’s no problem from the patrons.

it's nice that she at least had someone looking out for her....that can be a dangerous job.

Yes, it can be dangerous, a girl can get in a lot of trouble sometimes, if they're not careful.

My Girlfriend used to dance when we were younger. Now her Granddaughter dances, and the Girlfriend doesn't approve. I always take the Granddaughters part, and remind her that she used to do that too.

That's a nice thing to say about Bones. Bones really does do the best he can for his friends, because thay sometimes take care of him. He'd be lost without them.
