Yesterday

My heart was really aching
And it was such a gloomy day
I yearned for one to talk to
But, I got my payback, pay.

Nowhere to turn my heart
To all those, I turned away
And no way, to be heard
Anything, I had to say.

Oh, they read my words
And say, I have the way
But, all that I have said
I should’ve said, yesterday!

Yesterday, was tomorrow, 2 days ago.
Look to the past and regret, or look to the future and dream.

I for one look forward to reading more of your fine words.

Keep them coming,
Tracey.

The answer is always NO, Until the question is asked.
