I will often suggest things to my coffee now
as I think of you close by listening
wearing only those darkened windows
over your some sunday afternoon reflection

we performed our adultery artistically
at least in our minds the first few times
visualizing the improper executions
and then practicing our sincere surprise

I told you that god was watching you dance
you said no that is just a neighbor
so we left the afternoon slightly ajar
you said morning was warmer on your skin

so I brought insatiable mental wrappings
which were much easier for you to open
you said you were contented with the outcome
and you liked the opening of the package

when we were nearly alone in our own hot water

I enjoy you best in small doses, with time in between....

Makes it a true pleasure to savor.

Sometimes, finding favorite lines is an easy task... even when the whole is magnificent. *S* I've read this several times and these lines leave me smiling every time. *S*

Your lady friend must be very ,umm... stimulated, to say the least. I'm floored by your mastery, as always.

I love how you use words.  This poem made me smile.  I can see the neighbor - she is overstuffed into her bra and has moisturizer smeared on her face.  She's watching you and wishing ...

See, my mind goes in strange directions and it must be your fault.

It sure ain't mine.
