i remember folding my laundry in my dorm room putting it all away with the grateful dead’s “touch of gray” playing on the radio t-shirts went neatly folded in the first drawer blue jeans in the second boxers and socks stuck wherever i don’t remember what she said or wore or why she was mad at me i just remember her sitting on my naked bed then before she left me for good her helping me put the fitted sheet on because after getting washed the sheet was always a little smaller than the bed |

simply wonderful ...always we remember how they made us feel and rarely what they said... you made me feel the bewilderment too |

bewilderment... exactly... why things don't work the way they should. *S* I enjoyed this very much! |

Yep, the things that linger in the memory room. Nice play off the title I enjoyed how you worked it in. Enjoyable read. Eric |
