Her hands dare to be summer, her black hair are musicians, her back flowing as a still river, let silence seats crosswise , her fingers filled with milk, the piano is soluble in the music, the frontier is deep inside, her legs listens to happiness, notes shine as confident transparency, Every thing is right when she plays Chopin. Ah yes, I can just hear it now Yann. Nice metaphorical approach to describing the classics. Well done! Did you see the movie 'The Pianist' with Adrian Brody? It was very touching in parts. Eric |

"the piano is soluble in the music" That's how you know music is her soul. I enjoyed this immensely. |

rather fine, but ... is it the music or the girl?! ... I am especially fond of the impressionistic imagery ... her 'summer hands'; 'back flow(ing) as a river'; the piano dissolved by the music; her internal frontier; AND that ending: "Every thing is right when she plays Chopin(!)" ... excellent! much applause for this 'penning'! |

Thanks Ethome for the comment. Yes I have seen the wonderful movie The pianist with Adrian Brody, I had great emotion but the music was beside the story. I have a piano in my house but never learn to play, I just have personnal fun with it... have a nice day yann |

Hi Kacy, thanks for the supportive comment, inspiration for soluble came after the milk, it came instantaneously as the fingers could dissolve themselves in a liquid called music... have a nice day yann |

Another keeper, dear Yann! There is such sensitivity expressed here ... I can get lost in a single note played on the piano. Like you, I have a piano, but don't play it anymore, what a pity!!! But then there are talents that offer perfection for our ears and what a gift it is. Wonderful!! Love, Margherita |

Dear Yann, I simply adored this smooth (and soothing) penning. "The piano is soluble in the music, the frontier is deep inside" ~ When music is felt and played from "deep inside", it strikes an emotional chord deep within the one who listens... and reads. Love & Music Light, Linda |

If she plays as well as this is written, it will, indeed, be a pleasure to listen to her play. But this one goes to eleven... |

Hi Ringo she plays far better than I write indeed (or music is so expressive and sensitive ?) and listening was an enchantment, thank you for the kind comment. have a nice day yann |

Hi Bobby, this verse could seem awkward, I wanted to mention the color of the piano keys and the solubility of the music in something like milk and the nurturing of fingers playing music (as milk) , a lot of unclear thoughts almost incomprehensible, but poetry can be mysterious sometimes...Thank you for the comment. yann |
