I went to Wal-Mart today
to buy stuff that shines the floor,
I said aloud, "There's no Future here!"
Then laughed till I could laugh no more.

What a shining revelation
straight from the horse's mouth,
as if God intended me to hear it...
guess I'll divorce and head down south.

You reminded me of a poem Midnitesun and I wrote together several years ago... initially inspired by a similar event. *S*

This is too damn funny,
Did other workers, Oops, Associates, hear your enlightening statement?

When you put it all together, Wal*mart, shining the floor, and divorce, , , It all makes sense.

Good luck,  oh and remember: plush carpet doesn't need to be waxed.

CG, thanks glad you enjoyed...and kudos to you for working at Wal-Mart I don't think I would have the patience for that.

Tracey, nope, no one heard that statement except my husband, which made it even more laughable, considering the bad times we've been going through.

thanks for reading and commenting

DIVORCE!

Yipes, Wal Mart does that to people???

Oh you have me so confused. It's just a floor wax, ya know.

Oh c'mon hang around for a little while.
