sometimes on those sunday afternoons
the wind is as a nervous wife
dancing with a handy stranger
fearing the husbandman with cold hands

she feels her edges on his freedom
the singe of tingling seduction
as if his purple mountains were alive
he warms the skin of her breathing

she hurries to know of his horizon
and glances over her hollow shoulder
as she moves across his face skin
to form a smile in the grave of him

the leather men fall too quickly in love
when she selects their highways as her bed
they exchange their freedom for her curves
her gusting undulations they savor as submission

though on any sunday she will be newly nervous

And here I thought that Sunday was supposed to be a day of rest! lol

"they exchange their freedom for her curves"
~ Sounds like a fair exchange!

Wind and freedom through your words become immortal emotions.

Awesome!

The analogy of the traveled road and a woman's curves - awesome!  I loved it.

It must be difficult to climb out of the bed of a woman like that - maybe that's why you spend so much time in it.  (grins)
