All the poisoned waters of love
And tears are no replacement,
Out of reach and sight,
Alone amidst an empire,
An empire of sympathy
For all that I am
Yet all that you are
Lies cold in a marble sheath.

Out of reach, out of sight
I feel strange and lost
Can you lead me right?
It's too dark for me to see,
capture of soul won't you please forgive me

Heartfelt, sincere and compassionate,
is what I feel, reading your words...

my heart hurts, when others I care about are hurting too!

I am here and I have left my words for you to offer some comfort as well...

Love,
Millette

"And tears are no replacement,
Out of reach and sight,"

Your poem definitely has
a cold feel to it.
