Carry us Into Forever

Once upon a star filled night I met an angel, its
true. Softly she touched my heart and while
looking into her eyes she told me her name was Sue.
From that night our hearts knew that we would love
each other while apart and when together.
This is a special love that we share, a love that
is fulfilling us now and carrying us into forever.

You have a good thought here.

However, that should be "it's" in the first line for "it is", not the possessive "its".

Just thought I'd mention that in case you wanted to send it out for publication.
