In twilight where the veil between worlds is lifted We will find ourselves finally together When time and space find themselves shifted The line between real and unreal severed There within the shadows we’ll be A world for only you and me Give in to the gentle gloaming call As it descends unto us this night A gift of immortal time when lovers fall Before eyes of those for them shining bright Hands clasp and lips graze the skin Of another as the darkness begins We are all these things as the colors run The hour of true passion presses near Sacred union of two lost souls now undone Closer now as bodies touch without fear The desires, before dimmed, now alight Wants are fulfilled with us in twilight |
