Locket In the serenade of March stars Traveling in goose bumps, Venus sublimates Mars All is even on the inside As if glistened morning dew distilled to droplets few Cling in prism, waiting to be free, sigh gentle euphemism Captured in the air Displayed against night’s velvet hours Light transcending slumbered bowers Quietness, an empty space to fill Even on the inside seems so still Sing to me, sing to me Caresses of each memory As gold beneath my touch A star, Traveling My cheek Copyright Kkh 3/11/09 |
