We’ll be the story
That never gets told;
A love nobody got to see.
A boy and a girl
Who once fell in love,
And were at one time meant to be.

We’ll be the fighters
Who fought and who lost;
The ones that never stood a chance.
The ones that live all alone
As if its all that they’ve known,
But deep down long for romance.

We’ll be the dreamers
That once shared a dream
That never had a chance to come true.
And beneath these unspoken words
And long lost dreams,
I will never let go of you.
