Tears of the Sun One might possibly never think that the sun would ever thus sink into its own great, grand reflection that to the low of a great depression Although by twilight’s deep wide gloaming though the sun seems nowhere roaming in the still of this caliginous night it remains there, caught in moonlight And when one is without the day as clouds cast over the sky in gray and in those still and quiet overtones just know the sun is only postponed… For when silently the day comes alive and raindrops might slip through the sky amid the shadows of heavy clouds’ sighs know that God in Heaven also cries… Yet then in the shine of raindrop sent a magical moment is thus spent to see the rainbow’s sheen on high a promise kept in the sun’s blue skies. ~*~ (c)3 August 2000 Karilea Rilling Jungel ~*~ Revised 2-23-09 |

Can only agree with all of the above! There is ....hope....resolve within this rainbow. The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools. |

This poem reminds me of what I call my "silver lining" moments. I learned that is so easy to see the worst in things but quite a different story to find the best. |
