Yo Bill, I'm sure this is very fine. I just don't understand it. I've never been musically inclined. Bobby |

The chords are there, the moon is there, the yearning is clear. The scene needs completion by the touch of woman. Yes? |

Alison - thank you for your kind words about this writing. I find it takes a lot of work to match words with an illustration, or vice versus. However, I love doing it... Passing Shadows - It is an emotional piece of writing, but also thought provoking. I'm glad you came by and had a chance to read this... steavenr - your thoughtful words inspire me to write on, as others do also. But you have hit the nail on the head with your thoughts. Thank you so much for them... Bobby - Sorry you don't understand the words or meaning of this writing. If we ever meet, who knows, I will strum a few chords for you and perhaps you will feel them inside. Thanks for your comments, and I always look forward to them... Michele - you are a woman of wisdom with a very romantic heart. Yes indeed, the touch of a woman would be complete. Thank you for your thoughts... BC |

Bill Sounds like the time to be playin the blues. Like ol John Lee Hooker so aptly stated, "the blues will heal ya!" Lovely pic and the mood fits in just right. Whip up something in a minor seventh chord progression and make it beautiful too. Loved it! Eric |

Even a melancholic tune soothes the soul, because it allows to surrender and embrace the moment of loneliness. You caught this mood beautifully, dear Bill! Exceptional picture fitting in perfectly. Love, Margherita |

Beautiful Bill. When my fiancee died when I was 17, I just used to sit dead drunk and play mournful melodies on my guitar. I can really relate to this. Never sigh for a better world, it's already composed, played and told. |

Sharon Rose - Yes, music sure does soothe this weary soul at times. Thank you for your reply... ethome - the blues is being played, and it does heal in my opinion. Just takes time to do so. Appreciate your comments... Margherita - You put the feelings in words, and I'm glad you understand the writing. Thank you for this... Suncleaver - I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. Many nights I did the same playing this guitar. Thank you for coming by, and hope the poem helped... BC |

some music you just shouldn't listen to when you are sad, but do anyway for me, when I'm sad I can't help but to listen to the music that speaks to my mood. |
