look in the mirror, should you dare messages of reflections waiting there soul-sifted shadow-stains on looking glass cloud-like billows of a weathered past border-bound frames of knowledged lore won't see the images there before time and space kissed in shadow's light ere day relaxed into fathomless night look in the mirror, should you dare naught of the known lays open and bare night seizes soft on turn of day as creatures dark are left to play rifting the field of skies stained burned left to the looker of what is learned see in the dark eyes of brightness spurned left to the mind of mem'ries yearned look in the mirror, should you dare messages of reflections waiting there [This message has been edited by steavenr (02-16-2009 02:55 PM).] |

Dear Steave, I cannot trust the reflection in my mirror! ~ for it is a notorious liar!  Enjoyed your poem! Over the years I have written a few "reflective" mirror poems, myself! lol Yours is excellent!!!  Linda |
