The tears of lonlyness well in my eyes,
every time I think of you.
Knowing you can live without my touch,
and all the things I do.
I used to think,
I was all you ever wanted,
but now this emptyness inside,
feels like I am haunted.
Thinking how close we used to be,
but now theres a hole in my heart,
you cant see.
Sometimes I feel like you're pulling away,
but you tell me you will always stay.
If you hold me in your arms,
I know I'll be alright,
so stay with me always,
and hold me for tonight.
