Another place, another season Another world surrounds me And all will go without a reason From point A to point B Another night in someone’s bed And in my hand another key The world is moving in my head From point C to point D A fork divides my road today I make a right, my life—a left But soon, I will be on my way From point E to point F And something’s changing once again I’m getting used to seeing change I’ve read my future on my hand From point G to point H All of my prints lie under snow The stars observe me in dismay But I can’t stop... I have to go From point I to point J Each city has a different life Each has its stories it can tell But I must leave... I have to strive From point K to point L Only one thought to me is soothing My destination’s far ahead And as for now I’ll keep on moving From point M to point N Today I’m here, tomorrow there From dessert to the sea And where exactly, I don’t care From point O to point P I have to find a place like home I know it can’t be far But as for now I simply roam From point Q to point R All of my pants are stained with dirt The mist is dragging on my shoe Today my sight is simply blurred From point S to T to U The hands of time are running fast How far can time get with no legs? My future’s running from my past From V to W to X I know that one day I will stop I know I’ll find the place for me I dream that one day I’ll wake up On point Y or point Z ------------------ I fell in love and kept on falling [This message has been edited by Master (edited 08-18-99).] |
