When i saw him that nite My heart began to race His beauty caught my eye And took me by surprise Too scared to talk to him Knowing only the word no I thought ill take the chance See where it leads It lead to the same place That it always does Turned down by the best Wanted by none It all ended quick and fast Like a jump from a high building You know its going to happen Yet youre never prepared I wasnt... Pretending i dont care Knowing the truth inside It burns up inside Like the fire did on the street I thought he was different I guess i was wrong In the end it all turns out the same Its over and theres nothing more ------------------ *Loribeth* |
