I'm so immature in the way I love you the way I want to stay with you forever. the way that I put you before me because you think that I am. But you are immature by the way that try to aviod me. that you say you want me,but only in your way in the way you play me off tell me how much you love me and write sweet songs and poems of love, because these songs are a way to "get" me. That you think of me as a possesion. We are immature because we love without love we dream about the us together yet never act on love. because Ilet you rule the world I live in. I am immature because I loved you more then myself. in what I thought love was. yet it is nothing more then a couple words words that remain so untrue with nothing to back them up. ------------------ ~depression is not a sickness of the body or mind, but of the heart. I have been there.. In fact I was for two and 1/2 years. I thought I loved him. I thought we were in love... Then I finally figured out I was not in love I was in love with the Idea of being in love. Good poem I realy related to it. Psycodillica |

Great poem...I can also relate to it but I think everyone can. I think majority of the population loved someone but weren't in love with them (or for the wrong reasons). It's a sad road to go down but we all manage to get back on our feet and try it again. =0) Keep up the good work and good will come to those who wait. ~Taz~ |

Finally, some one with a little sense around here. Yes, we are immature. The teenage brain is not developed enough to control extreme emotions and consequently teenagers do stupid things for 'love' and end up getting hurt. From my take of things, girls at this age seem a bit quick to fall in love, and the guys will go along if they think they'll get any from it. I realize that there are many exceptions to that, but I tend to think that that's the majority. |
