Sixteen years, I had the freedom But the mental abuse makes my heart go numb Not once did you guide me when I needed you I was left alone to experience the new Sixteen years, and I have captivated my independence Choices and decisions I make with common sense Now you come to take it all away Deciding your authority can now come to stay Sixteen years, where were you before? Only to provide me with food that you worked for Didn't provide me with the love that I needed Even thought I called out and pleaded Sixteen years, and now you come to me To impose restriction that I've never had on me Authority you seem to posses never have I seen before This free heart can't be dependent once more... 823 |
