a person asks for something,
they recieve it,
and then it's taken away.
this is the truth about love:
you find it and it can give you so much,
and so little.
needed/ wanted, and then claimed,
or was it you that it claimed?
taken high for the most promising outcome,
but somewhere along the flight it turns bad
the dreams lose their wings,
the stars lose their light,
the heart loses it's strength.
something happens/ or someone happens to interfer;
the point is that it's no more,
what love can last forever?
death will always end it if the two don't end it first.
you wait,
it comes,
it leaves,
you cry.
the story is simple and know by many-
some know it too well,
others not enough.
a person wants something,
and they get it;
but it's always stolen
either by time, by another, or by death.
this is the truth about love.

I can't believe you are only 16. You write as if you are 10* that age. I too have experienced pain of the heart and you have captured it in these few lines. I could learn a lot from you. Hat's off my friend.

thank you. i am a happy girl now. i do sound a lot older than i am, i don't have a choice but to act more mature. it happens. but thanks again, it helps me to know these things i feel are actually put to good use and i'm not suffering in silence.
