The moments we shared,
The passion we had,
But memories are all that's left.

Flowers may wither,
Tears may dry,
But our memories will never die.

Still a story incomplete,
Left a lover in fatigue,
Yearnings to meet again,
Yet in meeting naughts be gained.

In me forever she lives,
Yet in her i never lived.

It amazes me how in one heart love can live on for a life time never quite getting over the pain. Yet in the heart of another they get over you really easy. You have captured my soul with the words you wrote. For I have to live with that realization everyday.
