i Don't know if you have any idea of how sorry i am for everything I've done to you All the hurt and paini put you through It wasn't fair on me but most of all on you I should have known how much i was killing you I couldn't see it although it was staring at me Until realise it until you were gone That i suddenly reliased all along how much i needed you Needed and longed for everything about you The way that whenever i was feeling down YOur smile and warm touch cured me When i cried you were there By my side kissing them away Throughout all of this you have stayed holding me in your arms While i have pushed you away, lied and neglected you You are everything to me, my life My only love, you mean more to me than i ever knew I regret what happened and all i can say now is Please Forgive me, i promise it will never happen again I love you with every beat of my heart I hope that between us our love shall never part Forever we will remain beneath the stars Mesmirized in each others arms ............................................ Great poem. It captures the feeling of hurt in a loving relationship and gives hope fer healing. Many relationships end this way but many survive and ur poem captures all the emtiona involved keep up the good writin.  |
