I know that I've been drifting,
I know I need to change,
I want to hold him closer, but my mind is on a race

I am falling no where fast,
Where's this world taking me?
I guess I'll soon find out if I keep up at this speed

I'm really scared of losing...not knowing where to row, my boat is quickly seeking
The path is badly broken
Where is there to go?

I thought I knew my way
but somehow sadly drifted
I'm ready to come back and forget just why I did it

Leaving all behind...bringing him with me
Changing is the hard part
I'm loving him with ease.

I wrote this poem because I know I am not the person I could be...I need the Lord and I don't want to let him go too far. It's time to go back.

A VERY VERY good poem. It totally INSPIRED me. Do you mind if I send it to a friend? I have fallen from the Lord a lot in the past 2 months as I have changed a lot, and shes been there for me EVEY single step of the way. Thanks a lot
