Does she really love him? Enough to go that far..I guess that means he loves her Or is it just her heart? We often think we found the one...why can't he only wait? Does she need protection...will this ever work? He told her that it would Too late now...they must have been in love Does she need a test? she hasn't hit her date She is going to see the Doctor what will he say? Does she have her lover with her? No, he had to stay He's sitting there at home Days go by... Waiting for the call Now the phone is ringing Does she dare to answer? What will the Doctor say? Nine months pass and the baby's on it's way It's a boy...she's giving him away. Does she really love him? Not enough to wait. |

Thank you for your reply...this poem was really easy to write about, and that's unfortunate but hopefully someone will read it and think it over. ------------------ JeNn AnNe >:) |

it is so sad that the poem is all to true I beleive it was Shirley Maclain who said: "Sex is hardly ever about sex." ------------------ "Poetry is an orphan of scilence. The words never quite equal te experiece behind them." *Charles Simic "The poet is the priest of the invisable." *Wallace Stevens* |
