When the lights get dim And the dancing starts And we’re chest to chest When we’re heart to heart When the guests will leave I will hold you tight When we’re hand in hand We will dance all night I will kiss you once When we’re nose to nose When we’re far apart I will bring you close You will kiss me back When we dance tonight When the guests will leave You will hold me tight When we’re chest to chest When we’re heart to heart When the lights get dim When the dancing starts When we’ll kiss each other We’ll be nose to nose When the guest will leave I will hold you close |

What a wonderful poem, it displays the love in eotion and affection. Niiiiiice... ------------------ ~The price of finding love is to eventually lose it. When I wish on a falling star, I wish not for material goods but to show kindness to others and be content with what the world may offer me~ ~Maitay Mirabel Litton~ |

Great poem. I loved it. ------------------ "I Believe we are divine by nature." -Jewel "Some people react physically to the magic of poetry, to the moments, that is, of authentic revelation, of the communication, the sharing, at its highest level....A good poem is a contribution to reality. The world is never the same once a good poem has been added to it. A good poem helps to change the shape and significance of the universe, helps to extend everyone's knowledge of himself and the world around him." -Dylan Thomas (1913-1953) |
