I kill myself Everytime I wake up To see reality Smack me down again When I see The blood gushing From my skin I get this little Sick, twisted thing My brain takes a turn Down a dead End road My life so Tragically, yet Great gone Torn from my own hands The blood is on my fingers "Take a new turn" I tell it "Go off now To where you belong" Flesh crawls away With it Only a pile of bone And a mind which Is vacationing Somewhere In the Bahamas ------------------ Jamie ~don't let your love pass you by....~ |

To anyone who reads this, please understand that I was not in the "right" mind when I wrote it. In fact, I was far from there. So, I'm sorry if it may seem weird, but I do like it. So there! ------------------ Jamie ~songs are only poems with music~ |

I like the rapid-fire imagery. Being "in the right mind" is over-rated sometimes. Nice work. ------------------ William Haskins http://www.ionstorm.com/public/haskins/inner_sanctum.htm |

WOW! This piece of writing was very intense and seems like something I would of written when I was suicidal. Thanks for sharing it! |
