Although the court didn't grant me an entire exclusion for this court session, what they did was to allow me to serve the first week of Jury duty starting Oct 25 and then granted me an exclusion for the remaining two weeks. Jury duty will no longer interfer with my trip to California to meet Tyson. Thank you all for your suggestions, thoughts and your prayers. Thanks everyone...The flight is reserved, the hotel reservations are made and on November 4th I will be in SanDiego, CA...oh boy, nervous already ------------------ Man can not discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore. |

As luck would have it guys, they didn't even want me for the first week....so no jury duty at all...YES!!!! And 8 days till I am in sunny CA  |

Well, I was about to say why would they keep you for the 1st week anyway, they would have to replace you. Then I saw that last reply. That is fantastic Hoot! It's only 3 days now. God has blessed you my friend. No worries bout that plane either ok? As you are in God's hands. He has worked all this out so far. You will be in my prayers until you return to us safely.
