Maybe someone here can help me out. This is going to sound really bad but I need to find a pretty single girl! I just moved from Los Angelos to Orcas Island (located off the coast of Washington State). There is not a single girl on this island. It's driving me nuts. What am I gonna do? I haven't had a date since November. Maybe someone here can give me some advice or maybe someone might know off a cutie living somewhere around here. Even if she lived on the mainland, that would even be cool. Thats kind of hard cause no ones perfect (lol). Ummm...lets see. A cute girl, good sense of humor, nice personality, likes to have fun, etc. Geez...height really doesn't matter (I'm 6'2"), hair and eye color doesn't matter, slim to athletic build, likes to drive (she'd have to like it, to want to come over to see me). I don't know. I'm a 19 yr old college student (Major - Marine Biology) who loves music and the water. I'm very spontaneous and I'm wishing I had a different picture right now cause that one is horrible (lol). I've got a crazy sense of humor and I love to shop and go to the movies. Maybe you should just get out on the mainland and do a search party on your own. I live in Puerto Rico, I can't help much.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I'm in love with my shadow I admire it daily |

Orcas Island is this beautiful place you dream of retiring at, not living there when your 19 years old. Don't get me wrong or anything, this place is pretty awesome, but there is hardly anyone here my age. Everyone here is into the drug and drinking scene, which I am not, or they're into other outrageous things. The only single girls here are either 12 years old, or 50. It's just really tough for me. Alright, check this out. I met this girl at work who just happened to be single. She seemed really sweet, smart, funny, and she's gorgeous. Finally, I ask her out and she agrees only to turn me down the next day saying that she decided over night that she doesn't want to date a co-worker. I had no problem with this. Then, about a week later, she changes her mind again and invites me over to her house to watch a movie and to cook me dinner. I show up and there she is, with two other guys smoking weed and drinking beer. I think that all girls on this island are stoners! Any other suggestions?
