If I use IE, I have to open up a new window in oder to see the replies if they total over 10 but I remember you saying somewhere that could we please not open multiple windows...is this a bug for me? Cause I can't see replies over ten and can't see how to get them either..LOL If I try Netscape and open a new window I just get the same window...no replies can be seen...  Other thing and only happens in Netscape and not IE but I often find I have to reload because the server can't find flynet (sp?) I guess that's your advertising server, is that down to a heavy load or access problem, as you know I know nothing about so could do with a little help here...  It kind of puts me off replying or else I reply too soon and then bump it up...where did the bug thingy go? Did somewhat swat it out into oblivion?.. HUSG Edit: Sorry, back in under IE, Netscape kept saying something like...."flycast,PIP, general rotation..... server can't connect" I abbreviated the PIP bit but couldn't copy the message...tried reloading but it just read 74k, 5k and nothing more, I get that so often...is there a setting I'm missing or am I due another trash?...LOL [This message has been edited by RainbowGirl (edited 10-17-2000).] |

LOL Cindy! You so funny girl!  Don't know about the rest, but the multiple window thingy should be fine. The reason for that before was because the server was being overloaded. Don't think we have that problem anymore, so you should be fine there! C PS - Ron ditched the Bug Swatter because for the most part things are ironed out! HUSG |

The Bug Swatter forum was retired, at least temporarily, because we seem to have worked out most of the bugs. 'Course, I have a whole new software version (with all new bugs!) just around the corner, so I'm sure we'll see that forum back again before long. The multiple windows aren't nearly as big an issue now as they were when the Voices project was in full swing. Back then we had people coming out of the walls and Ceres was having a real rough time. But our little girl has twice as much memory now and half as many people, so feel free to use as many windows as you need. (I have five open right now.) |
