Excuse me...Is this a private"bored" meeting I usually write or make my needleart designs, but if I am REALLY bored I just turn the music on loud and dance. Gossamerwings ;) |

Boredom is just the reverse side of fascination: both depend on being outside rather than inside a situation, and one leads to the other. As for leading to marriage I think there are other more significant contributing factors...lol. Boredom...leads me to do rather impulsive rash things like, going to the local nudist camp, giving the pet rats baths, reading the dictionary, writing letters I'll never send, going to the local nudist camp, singing in the shower, rearranging the medicine cabinet, and oh yeah...going to the local nudist camp. actually *blush* I read my Roget's International Thesaurus to broaden my verbal horizons when I am bored. That or I read magazines for my business (sigh it's rough I know) Victoria, Romantic Homes, Martha Stewart Living.....it's a hard job but someone has to do it! Hmmm...let's see, what do I do? I go online (mostly to here, guys), daydream, read the collection of poems I have printed, look for something interesting on the Web (here I mean using a search engine, I already mentioned coming here), read magazines-Cosmo and Glamour for me, go out of my mind... Well, after complaining that I'm bored for a while I'll either come to Passions, send an annoying amount of E-cards to my friends, or get out my huge box of paper, colored pencils, and crayons and draw. I wander around, restlessly, feeling like I want to jump out of my skin and become air. I winge - oh how I winge..., and then, if possible - I end up here...or writing...or walking... (if it is really bad I can occasionally end up in front of the TV - now there's honesty...(but not very often - TV sucks in general) K |
