first we have an earthquake even if not as bad as on the west coast and now we are in for the rains and winds of the hurricane...

Hoping all make it through this week/weekend safely.

I've got a travel decision to make in the next 24 hours. Do I go home before the storm hits or wait it out until afterward?

The next time one heads this way, my cats and I may stop running when we hit Minnesota... unless I've remembered my passport, then it's Oh, Canada! LOL

Definitely wait it out...a no-brainer.

Staying there can't possibly be as bad as going through a hurricane....well, not a category 3!!

Finally - I ended up taking a bus from Albany to Boston and Cape Cod. The trains still aren't running as of today (Tuesday)... But I'm here..
