I did the same thing for a little over 2 years. Everything I tried to write and I mean everything, started to sound the same. It's like there was no creative edge at all...just a rambling of words that were completely futile. I think sometimes you have to just take a break. If you're under a lot of stress right now, that could be it too. It will pass though. The creative mind will never stop.... Keep Plugging... Take care, Liz...Carpe Diem |

Have you visit the Poetry Challenge area recently? Perhaps there are some suggestions in there for writing projects that would peak your interest, and inspire your muse? A suggestion...nothing more. But I know it has helped me out now and again! |
