The Impatient Heart Bullies are just little boys, With bodies larger than the rest. They think that they can get away, Without their final test. But what happens to them, When they grow up to become men? The little boys inside still stay, And influence what they do and say. Temper, temper little one, You ask too high a price. For the way you act and feel, And the reasons behind the fight, Are never worth the pain. You've asked too much of others. And with the sun, Comes your share of rain. You are a man now, little brother, And expected to comply. To each of us, the same rules apply. so why should you ask "why"? You expect so much from us, But when it comes your turn, You throw a fit. How incomvenient, Why should you be different? Oh no, we've put you out again. How could we be so rude. Don't we know your time is so precious. To ask a favour of you is dangerous. Your family's health and welfare, Cannot supercede your plans. We've asked you for extra time to care, I sware, it's our fault, out of your hands. Sherry Gardner Cherish the good memories past and look forward to the adventure called Tomorrow. |

"Your family's health and welfare, Cannot supercede your plans. We've asked you for extra time to care, I sware, it's our fault, out of your hands." (tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Sherry, this touched my heart so deeply because when I was a little boy I was always abused by bullies and it broke my heart but I have the heart to forgive anyone and now I pity them as I hope they have had the heart to forgive too and their own personal woes have been healed! (sad sigh) This is sooooo powerfully heartfelt, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sherry, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

Miffed at Brother's Arrogance... Self-importance.... and explanation to the poem.. thanks Noah... actually we were both bullied as children.... I won't put up with it as an adult... especially from my "little" brother. Sherry |
